• Battery Components Division: for the production of multitube bags (gauntlets) in woven and non-woven polyester fabric, specifically designed for heavy-duty sulfuric acid -- either liquid or gelified – such as semi-traction, traction (motive-power), stationary (stand-by) and submarine lead-acid batteries
  
• Compressor Components Division: for the production of rubber/paper and steel/rubber gaskets for hermetic compressors for home refrigerators and freezers, as well as flapper steel valves for the same sector.
  
• Tools Division: for the design and production of high-precision stamping dies for metal cutting and embossing either in SS steel or hard metal. Parts obtained are used in electrotechnical, electromechanical and electronics applications. This  Division  also  specialises  in  the  supply of ready-to-use tools for cut-and-bend machines (namely, Bihler, Finzer, etc.)
  
• Commercial Division: specialised in import and distribution of equipment and products for different industrial applications, such as:
  

	a complete line of heavy-metal contamination control products from Esca Tech, Inc
	press-fit connectors from Ceco Co. Ltd., USA;
	resistive/conductive pastes from Nippon Polytech,Corp. Japan;
	"Rexolite" dielectrics from C-Lec Plastics,Inc. USA;
	vulcanized fiber from National Vulcanized Fiber Co., USA;
	Kraftplex and Indulin AT, expanders for battery's negative plates from Westvaco, Usa.

STRUCTURE

The Company's headquarter is in Sulbiate Superiore,Milan (Italy).
 Five manufacturing plants are located as follows:

- Mecondor S.p.A. Italy, Sulbiate Superiore, (Milan): 15 Km from Milano Linate airport, on a 30,000 square metres area, a 7,800 square metres covered surface: this plant manufactures multitube bags(gauntlets) for industrial electric lead-acid batteries; gaskets for hermetic compressors for home refrigerators and freezers and high precision blanking dies. 

- Gambellara, (Vicenza): this plant located in the Italian North East, manufactures multitube bags on a 1000 square metres covered aerea.

- Mecondor s.a. Belgium, (former Camet s.a.), St. Vith: in the heart of Europe, near the French/German and Luxembourg border, on a 15,000 sq.m. area, a 4,600 square metres covered surface: this plant manufactures multitube bags for industrial lead-acid batteries.

- Mecondor LLC, U.S.A., Kentucky: this plant has been operative since March 2001. The plant has a covered area of 1850 square metres on a surface of 4500 square metres and manufactures woven and nonwoven multitube gauntlets (tubes) for lead acid batteries. Very soon the plant will also manufacture gaskets and valves for hermetic compressors for refrigerators. From this site we distribute on the USA market other components for batteries such as: standard racks for stand-by batteries, flame arrestors etc.
